These terms govern your use of triplerev.com, go.triplerev.com and the content on them, which are operated by Triple Rev Pte. Ltd. ("Triple Rev", "we"). By using the sites you agree to them. Enrolment in the Ecom Growth OS programme is governed by a separate programme agreement provided at enrolment, which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.
Information, not advice
The content on these sites, and anything said on a Growth Diagnosis call, is general business education based on our experience. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it does not take account of your specific circumstances. Decisions about your business remain yours.
No guarantee of results
We describe results that our founder and past clients have achieved. They are examples, not promises. Results depend on your product, market, execution and factors outside anyone's control. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of revenue, profit or growth.
Booking a call
Growth Diagnosis calls are free and offered at our discretion. We may decline or reschedule a booking. By booking you agree that we may contact you about the call and about the programme, and that the information you share is handled under our privacy policy.
Intellectual property
The text, design, templates, videos and other material on these sites and in the programme belong to Triple Rev or its licensors. You may view them for your own use. You may not copy, republish, resell or distribute them without our written permission.
Third-party services
Our sites link to and rely on third-party services, including booking, payment and messaging tools. Those services have their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Singapore law, Triple Rev is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of these sites or reliance on their content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
